What does K.TaShee mean?

K.TaShee comes from our CEO's birth name Kymberli TaShee. TaShee (pronounced Tah Shay) means royalty; one who is prosperous. And that's how we want everyone to feel using our products!

How long will it take to get my order?

As products are made to order, your K.TaShee order will ship within 2-5 business days after your purchase. Once your item ships, you will receive an email with the mail carrier tracking information. 

How do I contact customer service?

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase you may use the Messenger Chat (bottom of the web page) or the Contact Us page to reach out to us.

What if I have an issue with a product?

Have an issue with a product you received? We hope not! But if you do, please use the Contact Us page to reach out to us.

Do you accept returns/refunds?

Unfortunately, due to the sensitive nature of our products and the current covid19 pandemic we do not allow returns or refunds. But if you are unsatisfied with a product please reach out to us on the Contact Us page. We want our customers to be satisfied & we are willing to work with you to ensure you are satisfied with the resolution. 

What if I want to give a customer review?

You can easily leave a product review by clicking on the product, scrolling down to K.TaShee reviews and clicking Write a Review. We aim to make the best products possible! Also please tag us in your pictures and reviews on Instagram using the hashtag #restoreyourfresh

What if I have a nut allergy?

Some of our products are made with or in the vicinity of nut based products ( example: sweet almond oil, coconut oil). We can make a substitution in our scalp/body and fragrance oils with Grape seed oil by clicking the Grape seed oil alternative option. If you have an allergy or are unsure, please err on the side of caution! We want you to be safe first and foremost!
